1. Giriş

Bu Politika Sayfası, TaskGifts mobil uygulamasının (“uygulama”) kullanımına ilişkin kuralları, şartları ve politikaları içermektedir. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikaları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

2. Kullanım Şartları

Kullanıcı Hesapları: Uygulamayı kullanmak için bir kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmanız gerekebilir. Hesabınızı güvenli tutmanız ve başkalarıyla paylaşmamanız gerekmektedir.
Uygun Kullanım: Uygulamayı yasa dışı, zararlı, tehdit edici veya taciz edici bir şekilde kullanmayın. Diğer kullanıcıları rahatsız edici veya rahatsız edici içerikler paylaşmayın.

4. Ödül ve Görev Sistemi

Görev Tamamlanması: Görevleri tamamladığınızda ödüller kazanabilirsiniz. Görevleri tamamlamak için hileli veya haksız yöntemler kullanmayın.
Ödül Dağıtımı: Kazandığınız ödüller uygulama içinde kullanıma sunulacak ve belirli şartlar dahilinde geçerli olacaktır.

5. Hile ve Hack Davranışları

Hile ve Hileli Davranışlar: Uygulamada hile yapmak, haksız avantaj elde etmek veya oyunu manipüle etmek yasaktır. Hile yaptığı tespit edilen kullanıcıların hesapları sonlandırılabilir.
Hack ve Güvenlik İhlalleri: Uygulama veya diğer kullanıcıların hesaplarına hack girişimleri yasaktır. Bu tür davranışlar tespit edildiğinde üyelik sonlandırılabilir.

6. Kullanıcı Hakları ve Satın Alma İadeleri

Kullanıcı Hakları: Kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve kopyalama hakkına sahipsiniz. Bu hakları kullanmak için [info@taskgifts.com] adresinden bize ulaşabilirsiniz.
Satın Alma İadeleri: Yanlışlıkla yapılan satın alımlar için 2 saat içinde başvurulursa iade yapılabilir. İade işlemleriyle ilgili [info@taskgifts.com] adresine başvurabilirsiniz.

7. Gizlilik ve Veri Koruma

Gizlilik Politikası: Gizlilik Politikasına uygun olarak kişisel verilerinizi nasıl işlediğimiz, sakladığımız ve koruduğumuz hakkında daha fazla bilgi edinebilirsiniz. Gizlilik Politikamıza (Tıklanabilir) ulaşabilirsiniz.

8. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama İçeriği: Uygulamadaki tüm içerikler (metin, grafik, logo, ses, vb.) TaskGifts’in fikri mülkiyetidir. İzinsiz kopyalama, dağıtma veya değiştirme yasaktır.
Kullanıcı İçeriği: Paylaştığınız içerik üzerindeki fikri mülkiyet haklarınızı korursunuz, ancak uygulama içinde kullanım ve dağıtım hakkını bize verirsiniz.

9. Hizmet Kesintileri

Bakım ve Güncellemeler: Uygulamanın bakım ve güncellemeleri için hizmet kesintileri yaşanabilir. Bu kesintilerden dolayı sorumluluk kabul etmeyiz.

10. Sorumluluk Sınırlamaları

Garanti: Uygulamayı “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut olduğu gibi” sağlıyoruz. Herhangi bir garanti veya taahhüt vermiyoruz.
Zarar Sorumluluğu: Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı, tesadüfi, özel veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

5. Cheating and Hacking Behaviors

Cheating and Fraudulent Behaviors: Cheating, gaining unfair advantages, or manipulating the app is prohibited. Users found to be cheating may have their accounts terminated.
Hacking and Security Violations: Attempts to hack the app or other users’ accounts are prohibited. Membership may be terminated if such behavior is detected.

6. User Rights and Purchase Refunds

Purchase Refunds: Refunds for accidental purchases can be requested within 2 hours of the purchase. Contact us at info@taskgifts.com for refund inquiries.

8. Intellectual Property

App Content: All content within the app (text, graphics, logos, sounds, etc.) is the intellectual property of TaskGifts. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
User Content: You retain intellectual property rights over your shared content, but grant us the right to use and distribute it within the app.

9. Service Interruptions

Maintenance and Updates: Service interruptions may occur for app maintenance and updates. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by these interruptions.
